I ordered an arraignment to be delivered to a friend's house for the loss of a relative. What I ordered was a flat-back arrangement for a funeral home display by mistake. The flower shop called me to make me aware and to see if I wanted them to round off the arrangement so it was more suitable for a home, instead of just shipping it as ordered. Excellent customer service and attention to detail!!!
